I feel like the perception of this show was altered after the passing of Toriyama. When it was first announced, many people including myself dismissed it as a dragon ball rugrats, or a "canon"(I know apparently toei considers gt as part of the dragon ball canon) version of gt. But after watching the first few episodes, I'm interested in the lore and world building of the demon realm. The animations are chef's kiss and I can't wait to see the adventures with Z crew.

I'd honestly love to watch you cover this series as well. I'm a little on the fence with Daima but it's because I mainly played the Video Games to get the stories. I hadn't watched OG Dragon Ball either so going into this it felt a little childish, but then it started growing on me with the world building.
