It helps to take the pressure off your spine, allowing you to move freely without discomfort, which is great.

However, there are simple challenges that you may not consider until you are there about to head off into the pool. Such as, getting changed in small cubicle, walking on slippery surfaces, getting in and out of a tight fitting swimming costume :/ all of these variables could potentially cause a flare up.

One can do those things slowly, still one can get so many benefits from swimming esp from doing a modified back stroke.

Dont forget all that water that we need to fight drought, forest fires. Hey California, you dont need big pools. Save the water for fruits, nut trees😊
