Easy to make: SAGANAKI with mussels

Ingredients for table of 4:
500 g mussels
200 g feta cheese
1 kg tomatoes ( 4 big pieces )
2 medium onions
50 ml white wine
1/2 bell red pepper
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp chopped parsley
5-6 leaves of fresh basil ( if you don't have, use 1/2 tsp of dried one )
~6 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper for taste

Use medium heat to fry the tomato sauce and put in preheated oven at 200C until the feta melts and makes a golden crust on the top.

Ingredients for the bruschetti:
1 baguette cut into slices
30 g parmesan
5-6 parsley threads
2 garlic cloves
4 tbsp olive oil
a pinch of salt

Bake them in preheated oven at 200C until the parmesan melts.
