Who doesn’t love a Greek Meze 😍 especially
Saganaki (fried cheese) It all starts with QUALITY cheese and @dododi is always my first choice with Greek food, especially FETA!

Dust SAGANAKI cheese on both sides into some plain flour and fry on medium heat in olive oil, flip when it’s got a nice golden color. Place them onto some paper towel to remove excess oil.

Serve with a squeeze of lemon, it’s that easy! 🍋
