I just printed this same exact spawn bust today. Only mine was in black pla and on a regular 3d printer. I have liked what i have seen of resin printers. Just a bit costly since you have to buy a washing station and a curing station. I do see myself picking up one of the photon 3s sometime this year. I already do stuff with resin and this is way easier, less messy and doesn't take near as long.

I would love to have a spawn figurine, I know the movie was cheesy but he is such an underrated marvel character.

I used a Rook test print piece instead of old supports, I had a small piece of the old support break off without noticing and luckily only cost me a NFEP sheet. Today I just drain the tank and filter the resin instead, a lot less worry this way.

Since ANYCUBIC PHOTON MONO X don’t have the future that the Saturn has to clean the vat. After seeing your video. I tried it this the other day and it work like the Saturn and you don’t have to make or use any file. Go to Tools, Exposure, Set exposure to 30s, press Next and after is done you just can pick the thin layer of resin and it will bring everything that is stuck in the feo.

I believe you could achieve similar results by just running the exposure for a few seconds without actually having to run a print

Well, I usually use the “Clean Vat” feature & still work very well … after fail print, just press Clean Vat & set for 10 secs, after that pour back the leftover resin to bottle & then peel the thin layer of cured resin & the failed print lifted up too … :)
