Scotty is surely the only car reviewer who can make you watch a review of a car you're not even interested in.😂

Scotty treats base models like luxury, I love it

my grandpa's 1995 camry still runs like it was new at 408, 221 miles

I must say this was one of the best car reviews I’ve seen. Honest, straight forward and to the point. Those other ones seems boring.

THIS is the car I need. A boring car that draws no attention, gets me from A - Z with no hassle, and I can keep it for more than 10yrs and it'll run the same as long as I keep up with the maintenance.

This car makes a lot of sense on so many levels. I got rid of my V8 truck (I do miss it) for this car in black, SE model. Truck was killing me on gas as I have a 1 hr + commute. I have 70k on mine, not a single issue. (Can't say the same about the truck). It also still rides as smooth as the day I picked it up. Gas bill has been literally cut in half and so has insurance. I paid sticker for it (wasn't marked up). It's almost like it's putting money back in my pocket. I feel w andriod auto it has just the right amount of tech for me, no regrets. To anyone looking at one, you will have no regrets owning it. It makes a lot of sense on many levels.

Well I have to agree with scotty on this one. Bought one of these in nightshade edition in 2021 and it is the best 27K I ever spent. Love pretty much everything about it, D4S, no turbo, timing chain, proven powerplant, conventional trans and super mileage. Only thing I hate is the cruise control takes too many presses to do anything as it never remembers previous settings and the lane keeping stuff is too obtrusive and picky in my opinion. But the new Camry's really are incredibly well designed overall and should last a long long time.

The Camry is too underrated. Thanks for this video Scotty.

Hey Scotty, just fyi in eco mode, when stepping on the pedal it will bypass eco mode with a delay. If you feather the pedal the cpu tries to keep the engine under certain rpm. It also does things at idle like lower power consumption with ac and light i believe. I just keep eco off, still get 44mpg with my wife's 18 Camery on the hwy

I recently rode in a two year old Camry. It rode like a stage coach compared to my 17 year old Lexus. I prefer the quiet smooth ride. The Lexus is a GS and is a good trade off between luxury and performance. Get a good used one and save a ton of money also. Additionally, these are all built in Japan where quality is truly 'JOB ONE'.

My wife just bought same car today, brand new because all the used ones where only 3k less in price, a no brainer to go brand new, exact same car only a 23❤

I sold my 1988 Corolla with 320K miles because the clutch wore out my knee. Then bought a 2018 camry, which only had 16k miles. I enjoy the way it rides and the power it holds!

I was at work yesterday and looked out at the parking lot and saw a row of Camry’s. These are almost like sports cars to drive. I rented one to replace my Pontiac Grand Am, which was plagued with problems until I finally had to sell it. The Camry was a beautiful gray one that got loads of compliments. My neighbor begged me to get it back. I’m looking at the RAV4 now because it’s more comfortable on my back to sit up higher.

19 Camry SE owner and it's good to hear they've been improving the transmission. Mine really annoyed me with the infrequent catching, pausing, etc until I took it in for the software update that helped a lot. Much improved now, but still definitely not "crisp" like Scotty says the new ones are so it must be incremental hardware revisions.

Just drove one of these from So Cal to Las Vegas round trip for a work event. Nice comfortable ride and amazing on gas. Tried out the sports mode. All modes felt very similar.

Just traded in 2009 Camry LE for 2023 LE AWD, as I need it in snowy/icy PA. Still learning about the car - much different from the 2009! Found a way to turn OFF the buzzing because I got insulted that the car insinuated I didn't know how to drive if I got too near the middle line lol! Haven't tried out AWD yet, but will be happy to see if it works!! Love this car! Definitely recommend!
