2019 Camry absolutely does have Apple car play. It doesn't have Android auto, however. Currently i'm able to make AA work with an aftermarket dongle.

As somebody who has CarPlay, I rarely decide to use it. For our cars, the CarPlay is wired, so being plugged in constantly gets a bit annoying. Bluetooth on our cars is so seamless that it sways me from ever using CarPlay. It's just simple and works.

But a android dongle it'll make your display screen like a tablet. Even Netflix YouTube and Android auto plus phone screen mirror

My 2018 XLE got the Apple Carplay update...for wired iPhones. I bought a Carlinkit 4.0 that plugs into the USB, and connects to my ANDROID PHONE via Bluetooth, and when auto connects to Carplay BUT displays an ANDROID AUTO INTERFACE AND APPS! There are other similar products, and I just leae the little wireless puck in the cubby with the lid slid closed.

I ended up getting an iPhone because I wanted to use the CarPlay features especially GPS options. when I changed phones it was like a had a new car because of all the CarPlay features. I wasn’t able to use anything with my Android 😢

Pissed off!! I bought a used 2019 Toyota Camry he told me the radio works awesome I got it home and tried to hook it up I took it back to him and he act like he didn't know nothing about it
