In addition to the first one, click "Clean up system files" then click the "More Options" tab, then under "System Restore and Shadow Copies" click "Cleanup...", then click "Delete". There will be a message that states that all but the most recent restore point will be deleted. I do this after updates to get back storage for my SSD. I may only ever need to restore one point, getting rid of the older was saves me a lot of space. The "Files to delete" list will now have new item to check/uncheck.

You can also clear all temporary files and other unnecessary files which are slowing down your Computer by using these simple steps:
1. Go to RUN and type %temp% and hit Enter
2. Now select all files and folders and Delete them all
3. Now go to RUN again and now type prefetch and hit Enter again
4. Now again select all files and folders and Delete them all once again

Do these again, you will thank me.

Install a RAM disk - redirect EVERYTHING to the RAM disk - Temp files, Printer Spool, Temporary Internet Files, Caches, CD Brun, Cookies, Unpacking Caches, Logs, History, Lastest files, EVERYTHING - makes your system extremely much fater - doesn't clutter your hard drive - expands the life of your SSD significatly - and, best of all: Get rid of all crap, logs, spyware, etc. by simply just shutting down your computer.
