Whenever I reset and I load back on I still see this file that won’t disappear it’s a old motherboard download from 2019 and I can’t update it

I would not selling my laptop or not plan but i would my laptop as at very first experience like first opening experience after purchase my laptop and i no need any data or folders or drive (even i didn't created any), but the question is if i select clean drive that would be clean my all manufacturer apps like care center, product registration, recovery, microsoft office or any partition like recovery partition will effected or not that was pre installed on my PC at very first time i show when i opened it.
