Ik you suggest only eating foods naturally provided by the earth, but what are some healthy alternatives or other healthy foods that might be processed if you’re having a quick snack and don’t feel like meal planning? Also if you’re having a sugar craving how bad does eating dark chocolate ruin your progress?
