To expand on number 25, people tend to underestimate how hard food service and retail jobs are. Too many people think of these jobs as unskilled jobs or even worse, say they are "not real jobs". Not only is it demeaning and disrespectful, but ignorant. And when you treat employees badly because you (whether it be subconscious of not) think you are better than them or are having a bad day or have never had any respect for others, your disrespectful behavior rubs off on us. We have to put on a smile though, but once you're not looking, we slip into our real mood. So if you think you're getting bad customer service, maybe it's because you're just a bad customer. Good customer service is about fairness, not generosity.

I love this list it was really good! However, I think you should've put a spot for people that have disabilities because society really underestimates those people! People that are visually impaired, blind, and wheel chairs, mentally challenged etc. people just look right through them right past them basically ignoring them so I really think they should've been on the list you guys are awesome I watch you every day!
