6:56 You mention that M440i review and I wanted to let you know that video actually convinced me to get a F31 340i Touring here in Germany fitted with that power and sound package. It sounds so great and is an absolute hooligan. The best blend of practicality, power and inappropriate fun. Infact, you cannot even get that package retrofitted here anymore as it is just too loud acc. regulations.
Anyway, thanks a lot for the great review of that niche spec back then and this one of the latest BMW now :)

Really nice car. I priced one out on the builder and it came out slightly cheaper than a Supra. Just factoring power, this positions itself against the Audi TTS, S4, S5, c43 amg, Supra, Z4, any 5.7l hemi, infiniti Q50/60 redsport, Kia stinger gt. Those are the cars that come to mind in this class of car.

Yuri, there is no "finish line" with design language. You progress it enough until it evolves into a new language, and this new language BMW is speaking doesn't make a lick of fucking sense to me! Triangles! Sharp edges! Squiggles?! They took everything perfect about the outgoing model and spit on their fist-gripped pens and went to town. The rear is the largest offender IMO with all sorts of strange proportions and design cues that are absent anywhere else on the car. At least the headlights and tail lights flow, though they appear to be lifted from a different design entirely. And don't get me started on that greenhouse profile. This is just upsetting.

I don’t get it, you all keep trying to compare this to a M2??? This is a 240i you should be comparing it to the body lines and design of the outgoing 240i. Not the outgoing M2🤔. The old 240i and M2 don’t even look the same. Wait until the new gen M2 comes out to compare the old M2 because I’m positive the lines will be much different. I actually think it looks pretty good on film. 😳

Another great vid. This new shape M240i reminds me of the BMW’s 635CSi but without the shark-nose - just the looks, that is … a modern day equivalent. I have an X4 M40i and just love the engine in that so this would be my ideal upgrade for when I no longer need the larger sized vehicle. You guys are fun to watch … thanks and look forward to more of your reviews.

I just test drove this car on small track course with the m performance package, what a ride! Not to mentioned the exhilarating ride of the m340i which is such a sleeper. Both great cars. Definitely looking forward to owning one!

I like this two series, I think it's 'good different'. Really nice interior, a lot better than shiny piano black (nice macro shots of the interior trim guys👍). The color is good different too.

This thing is muscular and sleek at the same time and the performance is really good. I drove one three days ago and ordered one in blue.
