I can’t lie, as evil as *Palpatine* is, I’ve always loved his *Lightsaber* hilt design (my head-canon is that the in-universe *electrum* plating, that makes the hilts so shiny, somehow resists the natural oils & acids from skin so, again in-universe, they’re not the fingerprint magnets that they are here in the real world).

Love ya loads; great review as always… Imma now go binge the rest, to get me up-to-date…

Yes, CCSabers does a very nice job on their hilts and I'm happy to see them stepping fully into using the Proffie v3.9. It's a marked improvement over the v2.2.

I'm just not a fan of crystal chambers. I'm not going to display the chassis so for me, it's not worth it.

I've an LGT version of this hilt. It's not as good as proffie from CCsabers is and doesn't have as many fonts to use, but it suits me.

Great video! What length of blade do you think should be used with this almost Yoda sized hilt? I would think that the 32” blade it comes with or a 36” blade both are too long and funny looking in such a small hilt. A 28” blade perhaps? 🍻 and MTFBWY

Hello! I just accidentally snapped my Proffie V3.9 (16GIG) SD card in half when trying to remove it from my 89sabers Palpatine hilt and I don’t know what to do now? Is there a chance you can help me with some direction on replacing it with the same setup and how on earth do you properly remove the SD card from this hilt? Thanks, John
