Juice fasting is nice but dry fasting is where it’s at. Definitely consider it. It has benefitted me the most physically and spiritually.

Great talk always inspiring and on point. Last year i did 90 days and it was an epic experience. Although for my personal opinion and experience I would always recommend everyone to transition slowly into a raw vegan diet for a while before starting the process of juicing. It just makes everything much easier and the chances you stay fully raw after the fast are much better 🌿💯👍
