Maybe you don’t see debris from the mountain top because the mountain top never existed. It was built from the ground up just like ancient burial mounds or any earthwork type structure. It’s not a ridiculous thing to consider. It’s ridiculous to think that aliens traveled the vastness of the universe to come to earth to circumcise a mountain when they could’ve just landed in the flat Nazca desert. Think of how much you’d hate going to the airport if they were all built on the top of mountains.The pilot of the alien ship probably got tired of the millions of light years of hearing, “Are we there yet? Are we there yet?”, and parked in the first spot he saw just like Clark Griswold parking in the back of an empty lot at Wally World. I guess there is no better way to stretch out the legs after interstellar travel than an epic race down the mountain to the Wally Moose Geo glyph.
