It’s so creepy that you can make out such detailed features of Ramesses II in his ”passport” photo, amazing he was in such good condition after thousands of years but creepy all the same.

Ive always wondered what percentage of the population truly believed in the local religion, or God/s of their people and times. Like groups of people who believe in human sacrifices for their God's, or they will be screwed. How many of the people actually believe it whole heartedly, and how many of them just go along with it, from fear of being the next "offering"? How much of those sacrifices were more political and about control, than truly religious?

I have always found it interesting that when talking about religious beliefs in history, often times, it gives the idea that ALL the people in that area and time were of a religious mind set. I mean, I'm sure that during more times than not, talking about God not existing was beyond unacceptable. But how many people actually wondered, doubted, and flat out didn't believe in any of what the church and, sometimes, government, had to share as truth?

Im sure that the number of believers and non believers varied from time to time and place to place. But how close were the average number of atheists, to the number of them today?

That would be really cool to actually know. Sadly, that's not something that is often recorded, when the punishment for blasphemy was often so extreme. Still, one can wonder, and imagine.

(Sorry for longer comment that may seem unrelated to video. But the temples of the Aztecs and talking about their Gods and the rituals and sacrifices, is what got me thinking about that subject again. Any additional thoughts are welcome.)

It's Crucible Steel, also called from the name of city of creation. Damascus Steel or Wootz Steel was made in Damascus, Syria And Southern India as early as the 3rd century CE. this is not what is made today except by 2 or 3 Master Metallurgists who have rediscovered the recipe. What is presently, and erroneously, called Damascus Steel is actually Pattern Welded Damascus. Ans is made of 2 or more different metals cleaned stacked, and welded at the corners or in a canister and then Forge welded into a billet.then cut and restacked over and over to create multiple layers that make the distinctive design.

@1:40 how does moving things with vibrations seem far-fetched? We already know everything is energy and vibration it’s 100% possible. I’m sure there’s someone out there that knows how to do this

I believe that the older generations of humanity were far more advanced than scientists have led us to believe. In fact, the ancients had far greater physical strength and mental faculties than we do now.

I love NASA's Ridiculous overly thought up explanation for the light beam on top the mayan pyramid.. There is only TWO reasons.
1. Its a real phenomenon.
2. Photoshop.
