I think that list-building is THE most-important and what I found to take the most skill in the process due to conderations like social and economic climates, seasonal issues, etc. depending on what is being sold.

Three Key Takeaways: 1) When creating your lists, you really need to vet (or pre-qualify) your leads extensively. It makes no sense to have a full list of 100 potential leads when only 25 of them fit your ICP.
