At minute 6:43 you talked about business idea validation. Do you have a cold email script that we can use to validate business ideas with small business owners (or corporate marketing managers)? Or is business idea validation done mainly on the phone after a subset of prospects agree to hop on a phone call?

One of the most important things I learnt as well(Im also working as a closing consultant) is that people will buy for their reasons. Asking a clients "what would motivate you to look at this service?" and then shut up and let them tell you why theyd want your service.


To your second point, the role of a sales consultant is to help a client make the right decision for them. You can say "no" to someone who isnt a good fit for your service. The responsibility of the sales person is to have the interest of both the company and the client at heart to lead to a fruitful partnership, not just a quick sell.
