My doctor told me to get rid of HBP is get more potassium and magnesium in my diet. She said to eat mainly RAW veggies high in magnesium and potassium and I must HYDRATE always. I've been doing this and my BP went to 120/68. I put myself to sleep at 930pm and wake at 6:30 am. I also drink natural juices that I get from limes, lemons, ginger and other fruits with water added. Dr. Price is right, , , we gotta pay more attention to what we eat. I've been focusing on getting fruits and food close to its original state.

I completed the 14 day detox and I no longer take metformin and lisinopril for diabetes and high blood pressure. Glucose is between 80-90. I also adopted a plant based, no sugar lifestyle.

WOW...I needed this before my stroke, I'm living the consequences...😢 take heed those hear this...I didn't know, what I just didn't know, but started changing my eating, to a more healthy one and, continued exercise- before my stroke...

I had no support, from anyone. That makes a huge difference.

I'm learning, to put my mental health first, after...and TRUSTING GOD!

You are spot on Dr. Price!!! My blood pressure was high, even while being on medication. Test result showed extremely low potassium. Could you believe my doctor never recommended that I correct my potassium and magnesium levels? I took matters in my own hands by cleaning up my diet, adding potassium and magnesium rich foods, I included daily an electrolyte supplement, and started more. So at my next check up, my test results improved significantly, across the board!. And, my blood pressure is back to normal. Because of your videos, I feel empowered to take control of my own health. I’ve learned so much.

My daughter passed 5 years ago, Breast Cancer. She was all about health, exercise, diet and very successful career, my heart she was. She left behind a husband and son that turns 13 this month. His Dad's dealing with sleep apnea, gout and a host of other issues that comes along with that. His family horrible health issues as well. I can't seem to get him to take responsibility for his health is. I share your videos and it's so frustrating that he doesn't even bother to educate himself. I've learned a great deal from you. His son was backed up, Cereal Junky, fast food..sugary drinks, those 7-11 slurppies is destroying this poor kid. It breaks my heart, because his mother wouldn't have him consuming such toxic foods. It's the same with nieces and nephews. I stress how the medications that Doctors prescribe can really jack you up. Treat this condition with a pill, now you've got this condition. Our people, some just don't want to put in the necessary work to stay of meds. What do you do ? 😢 The disheartening part is the disservice, damage your doing to those you care to love

Ways to heal and causes of high blood pressure

1. Dehydration - drink more water
2. Deficiencies - potassium; magnesium, Kidney malfunction (unable to filter properly)
3. insufficient quality sleep - participate in a study to see if you have sleep apnea. Also, manage stress as it raises cortisol a stress hormone
4. Toxic beverages - avoid sugary/caffeinated / alcoholic beverages which cause vessels to get constricted ; water retention; & alcohol depletes nutrients like B12
5. Medications - like birth control/ pain meds/ steroids/ antidepressants/ decongestants/ ADHD stimulants
6. Elevated blood sugar & elevated insulin - result from eating unhealthy carbs like breads, pastas, & added sugars
7. Lack of sun - we need the sun. It helps trigger our body into circadian rhythm; it changes our hormones
8. Sedimentary lifestyle - park far from entrance then walk. Also, step away from the computer every 20 minutes to do some quick exercises

Dr. Price, I don't take medication i stop because in 2007 medication damage my liver, and I was near my death. the Doctor told me if I had been 5 minutes later I would have died and I made the necessary changes for my health when I was discharged from the hospital and I am grateful to be here today.
