I like the color of elderberry and broccoli powder, You can add all of the above powders to cooked chickpeas with lemon juice and tahini to make more nutritious hummus. You can also add elderberry powder to any stock with lots of garlic powder with sachi inchi seed oil and cook it in a low flame for few mins for delicious salad dressing:) .For a quick tea recipe you can add the elderberry and turmeric powder to water and microwave for a min and add some black pepper at the end. That's how I drink:)

my winter go to is this Healing Broth Recipe

Ingredients:

4 carrots, chopped or 1 sweet potato, cubed
2 stalks of celery, roughly chopped
2 onions, sliced
1 cup parsley, finely chopped
1 cup of shiitake mushrooms, fresh or dried (optional)
2 tomatoes, chopped (optional)
1 bulb of garlic (about 6-8 cloves), minced and as much garlic powder as you llike
ginger root powder as to your liking
turmeric root as to your liking
8 cups of water
Optional: Chili peppers or red pepper flakes
Place all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a gentle boil. Turn heat down to low and allow to simmer for about an hour.

I love all of these and make great use of every single one.
I love chicken broccoli casserole. Recipe is as follows.
2 lbs cooked shredded chicken
2 lbs frozen broccoli
(Mix together in 13x9)
1 brick of cream cheese
1 cup coconut milk or heavy cream
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons mustard
Salt to taste
Mix these ingredients on stovetop in a saucepan until melted and combined. Pour over the broccoli chicken mixture and bake in 350 degree oven oven for 1 hour. Enjoy!
Also the elderberry powder. 😋 Enjoy a tablespoon over a bowl of yogurt, berries and honey in the morning, or in your favorite apple pie recipe. We call it “apple elderberry pie”.

I enjoy making turmeric golden milk.
I use
1tsp turmeric powder
1 cup almond milk
1/8 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp honey or maple syrup

Heat milk until warm. Add other ingredients and stir.

It's a great evening drink to help with sleep and reduce aches/pains.

Thanks for the immune-boosting tips. My go-to immune boosting recipe is fresh ginger-turmer tea. Thinly slice a thumb size piece of ginger root and turmeric root and boil in 4 cups of water. I like to add fresh lemon juice and honey. When the tea is done, I save the roots to boil again 2 or 3 times. For a spicy twist, you may like to add a dash of cayenne pepper. Simple, healthy, delicious.

I usually make a split pea soup that I buy from FOOD TO LIVE company. I cook it with garlic powder and mixed spices including thyme and cayenne pepper. I also buy from FOOD-TO LIVE the black lentils and cook it with black rice which strengthen the body in the winter.

1 tsp organic black seed oil 
1 tbs of organic honey
1/2 lemon juiced
combine, swallow and enjoy!

My basic seasoning in most anything I cook is always black pepper, turmeric, and cayanne. I also make my own cinnamon spice blend that includes ginger, black pepper, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves and allspice- most of which I get from food to live.
