Congrats! Older homes are so fun. We bought a house built in 1973 18 months ago. Similar to yours, the outside is beautiful with mature trees, flowers, and green lawns. We've had fun remodeling it. :)

Next Tuesday will be 1 year since we signed the papers for our house & 1/2 acre of land in Paducah KY. It's great & we've done a lot to update our 1989 house & our yard.
