2 tbsp Almond Flour
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Butter
A pinch of salt
¾ tsp Baking Powder
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix your dry ingredients: almond flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir the ingredients well together.
Add your melted butter and continue mixing.
Melt your cheddar cheese in the microwave for just less than a minute
Add your melted cheese to the mix you prepped and mix the wet and the dry ingredients well until they form a dough.
Start kneading the dough with your hands.
Place the dough on a parchment sheet on a tray and spread it out into the thickness you want for your crackers.
Take a pizza cutter and gently slice through the dough but without separating or cutting it. This step is to form the squares that the crackers will be shaped in.
Bake your crackers in a 350 F oven for 10-12 minutes.
After your crackers bake, let them cool down completely
Start separating them into the square slices they were shaped into And you’re ready to eat your snack!
You can eat these crackers with a dip (I like mine with salsa or guac), or you can eat the crackers as they are, they are perfect! Enjoy!

I don’t think I’ve seen a recipe that melts the cheese first for these crackers. It certainly appears to make the dough easier to handle.

doesn't your Clabber girl baking powder have metallic aluminum inside of it? Im not sure that trace element is essential for human life and if it is useless to humans do we just poop them out or does it get inside our blood? I know it's not plutonium or mercury but if it doesn't taste good why use aluminum? the idea of a keto cracker sounds good, I'm skipping the aluminum.
