Keto crackers are such a treat. Ketoers constantly miss the crispy snacks that people love munching on. Whether it is a party or movie theatre, if you are on keto you have to eat some veggies and dip or meats. But, what about the crunch? So these keto crackers will satisfy that innate need for crunch and saltiness in our lives. I have made two versions of it. One has egg white and the other one is completely vegan. So, that way everyone is happy. Hope you guys try it. These keto crackers are very easy to make, quick and require only a few keto ingredients. Hope you try it and leave me a comment. Happy Cooking!

Ingredients:
Vegan Version:
2 ½ Tbsp Ground Flax seed
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
½ Cup Water
1/8 tsp Marmite
Pinch Garlic Powder/granules
Pinch of Salt
½ Cup Almond Flour

Macros: Serves 6
Calories 81
Total Fat 7 g
Net Carbohydrate 1 g
Protein 3 g

Non-Vegan Crackers
4 Tbsp Butter
½ Cup Almond Flour
1 Egg White
Pinch of Salt

Macros: Serves 5
Calories: 102
Total Fat: 11
Total Carbs: 1
Protein: 1

Oven 180 C or 350 F for 10-12 min. Then switch off the oven and flip the crackers and let them sit there until cooled.

I made the non-vegan recipe, however I had to add 1 tbsp of coconut flour and an extra 1/4 cup of almond flour because the batter was way to thin. After that everything was ok. I did used 1 egg yolk from an egg, not carton. Very nice flavor. Thank you for the recipe, I truly appreciate it

Hi, would it be possible to put the grams here? My friend google says that half a cup is 48 grams but if I do that it makes it a liquid, non sticky dough. Help?
