Keto crackers are such a treat. Ketoers constantly miss the crispy snacks that people love munching on. Whether it is a party or movie theatre, if you are on keto you have to eat some veggies and dip or meats. But, what about the crunch? So these keto crackers will satisfy that innate need for crunch and saltiness in our lives. I have made two versions of it. One has egg white and the other one is completely vegan. Vegan Version:
2 ½ Tbsp Ground Flax seed
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
½ Cup Water
1/8 tsp Marmite
Pinch Garlic Powder/granules
Pinch of Salt
½ Cup Almond Flour
