WOW! I can't believe I was paying upwards of $6 for a small pack of flax crackers at Whole Foods! I didn't even think they were very tasty. I just pulled my first batch from the oven and they are absolutely crispy and delicious. I did garlic, rosemary, and cracked black pepper. I'm really enjoying your recipes Joe 😊 Thanks!

Thank you sooo much! I always feel like I have to snack on something in the evening. This will be perfect! I will have to portion them in baggies or else I may eat more than I should. I will try this recipe for sure! By the way, I love watching you 2krazyketos!

could you grind the flax prior to mixing with water or woukd I be best to leave them whole? thanksk

Whole flax seeds pass through the intestine undigested giving no nutrients other then fiber. A cracker with ground flax seed is a more nutritious choice.
