The 2023 Chevrolet Colorado Trailboss Is A Budget Minded Off-Road Worthy Truck

When you want a truck that can go further off-road but don't want to break the bank, the 2023 #ChevroletColoradoTrailboss makes a strong case for itself. Redesigned for 2023, this #ColoradoTrailboss has some of the off-road goodies from the Z71 package but in a more affordable wrapper. The #ChevroletColorado also brings some impressive tech and powertrains to the table with this all-new generation.

Is anyone actually bothered by hard touch plastic as much as car reviewers? For an off-roader I consider it a plus. I've got an old Wrangler that's nothing but hard plastic and exposed metal...just makes it easy to clean. Still, I love that he's honest and critical in his reviews and he pulled no punches here

It’s crazy that a $41, 000 truck is called a budget truck geez. If i bought this I wouldn’t call that on a budget I’d say I’m not an idiot to spend 60 plus grand on a dang truck.

As a Toyota guy I gotta say I love the look of the new Colorado and Canyon.
Whats depressing about all of the "mid-size" trucks is the cost and mpg.

Anybody else think just seems like…a truck?? Like yeah sure it doesn’t have luxury leather or every single feature, but it’s a truck. Old fashioned. Like a modern version of a 2000s truck, before they became all show offy and were just…fun! I like it

This man has spent too much time in 60K and up cars. Some people just want less stuff at lower cost.
Not everyone wants to spend 56K.

My only gripe with this truck is the halogen headlights, I don’t understand why a brand new truck in 2023 can be sold with halogens. Even a base model Corolla comes with LED headlights as standard. Also is the air dam removable?

It's an insult that this trim doesn't have LED lights and no adaptive cruise control. It's OK, I'll just go with Toyota Tacoma or Nissan Frontier !!!!

Why can’t this have LED headlights honestly

LED headlights should be an option on this trim😀

The 3.6L is also in the mid 6sec range 0-60. They both get the same MPG roughly (averaging 20.5 with my 2017’ LT, calculated at the pump and no towing). I test drove a 23’ TrailBoss and when not in the turbo it sounds like a Chevy Cavalier. No thanks !! Great review as always

Didn't GM also nix the 8" driver info screen in favor of the 11" across all models? for 2024

I would think durability would be preferrable when it comes to interior materials. A work truck shouldn't' have soft/easily damageable materials like leather. If you want all of that every manufacturer has a trim level that will give you what your asking for. So im not sure why anyone would expect a base level vehicle to have materials matching the higher trim levels, what would be the point in having higher trim levels if that were the case??

Imagine if they put this engine in a new cruze that would be a fun little car.

The heel rocking slow walk presentation at the beginning has almost trademark of this show.

Can you do a review on the Chevy Colorado ZR2 2023/24 Please?

I like it. Affordable but missing some comfortable options. Don't need the moon roof. I'm good with that.

I think it would be cool if you were into talking about leases and what would be the cheapest way to lease a car or what car is a good car to lease for the price . I think that would be so awesome
