“I’m using Ghirardelli bars because I prefer to rot my teeth expensively”
Don’t ever stop being iconic

"Why be practical when you can give off the illusion of competence"
This is the most inspiring line ever

“My book…for scale.” That was perhaps the most perfect plug I’ve ever seen. Anywhere. Love this man!

"What goes on in Missouri?" Misery. Thank you I'll be here all week

My aunt brought this to Easter this year. I'm not ashamed to say that I asked to take some leftovers home for the kids and ate every one of them while I drove home. I'm a sucker for white chocolate.

The "What goes on in Missouri?" feels like those scenes in SpongeBob episodes where everything is all fun and whimsical and then all of a sudden you get a hyper-realistic close-up shot of SpongeBob.

My Grama used to make this but she used dark chocolate and roll the mixture into waxed paper logs-when they chilled she would call the slices ‘stained glass windows’ 🥰

Microwaves were still pretty new in 79. They were just becoming affordable in the late 70s. Not everyone had them yet. Microwaves, VCRs, video games, cable TV, and cordless phones became mainstream about the same time period. It was magical.

My dentist would hate this, but I'd probably try it. Just in tiny chunks.

As a Missourian, we don’t know either.

Please make more Missouri recipes!! Also as for "What goes on in Missouri?"

I've lived in Missouri my whole life so I'll give you the answer when I finally know 😂

“A cookbook for…scale” 😂

Love it! That definitely should be your official unit of measurement!

In Missouri we mostly watch the rocks multiply....and cook.
Edit: This is also really good if you use half banana circus peanuts.

I gotta get the cookbook. So hard to find a good, standardized “for scale” reference point for people! It’s perfect!
