What is wrong with people...here is a basic lesson in economics...When there are price caps it makes essential goods less accessible...why? Because the government-enforced price doesn't reflect the market forces of supply and demand. By keeping prices artificially low, demand is increased to the point where supply cannot keep up, leading to shortages in the price-controlled product. And, as a business owner...why would we produce more of the product....for a lower price...WHEN MY COST TO PRODUCE THE PRODUCT DIDN'T GO DOWN!!!! I would loose profits...may have to cut staff...which means what...someone has lost their job because the government dictated the price of the goods I make and/or sell.

I lived through price controls in Brazil in the 80s, result, lack of products in stores, black market products like meat, eggs etc... everyone knew where to get products for real price, total caos!! So many people have no idea whats coming if she gets in, its all emotion.
