The best trick is to tell your kids vegetables are only for adults. Then they want it, no matter what

So cute how she does everything her Dad does and gets so excited about it. Really shows the love between them.

In all seriousness, the best thing I've found for getting my fussy toddler to try new foods is letting him cook with me. When we are cooking together, he will literally try anything, even things I don't want him to: capers, raw garlic, cardamom pods...I often have to restrain him. And then when we sit down to eat, he is much more likely to try things that he "made."
