IDK BUT U R THE BEST MY laptop was like a multi error like when i shutdown each time there is a different error but when i reset the bios settings its all good but i afraid it comes back becuz it happens to me once and i couldn't fix it i am (Latitude E5400) windows 10 pro non-activation

I bought the Dell Inspiron 15-3567 it have not even had it for 3 years and the HDD did not even have more than 300 GB stored on it. Yet while still busy paying off the payments the HDD disk is giving a 3E and your tech dept said i must have it replaced. In other words Dell is a shit product that does not even give you 3 years. I must now replace the laptop, be assured it will NOT be a dell product.

Now I no longer get the dell logo to enter any made at all....just power's back down.

Hi Dell Support, In system information it shows primary hard disc as none. I followed your instructions and restored BIOS default settings. Then PC started automatically and shows hard drive not installed.
Actually this problem started after I updated some driver using support assistant. Please provide solution.

Laptop was working okay, formatted it and now after windows had finished the installation at 100% I get this error saying my HDD is not working.
When checked on Bios Configuration it recognizes it however I get the error all the time and the laptop does not starts. Got to love Dell. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this, please?

When i checked the primary drive information this a what i saw it is something like a serial number "TR85134FJA12XJ" unlike what I have seen on the video. What does this mean?!
Does that means my hard drive is not detected?
