My daughter is in college studying aviation and she was just telling me a story her power plants instructor told them about a propeller on a Piper Seminole with a small nick that broke one propeller, sent the fragment through the cowling, and destroyed the second engine. All that to say - good for you for feeling the propellor as part of a thorough pre-flight. It’s the little things that matter when it comes to attention to detail. Happy flying!

If your taking suggestions for future videos. I was a Bush Pilot in the Canadian North in my 20's. My mother blamed the uncle who took me up for my first flight and gave me the controls. I was 12. Pretty sure every Pilot has done this.
Love to see you plant the idea of becoming a pilot in the next generation.

Green Light on starboard side, red on Port side. Just like on a ship. Ships also have a white "tail " light. Ships also have pilots. When approaching an aircraft or a ship with the red/port light showing, you must yield. Somewhat amazing, huh?
