I have now been diagnosed with renal disease by the VA. I am a 43 year old male and 100% Permanent and total disabled. In my opinion it was caused by so much medication that the VA has prescribed by the VA. At one time I was taking over 6 or 7 different types of medication. What are my options?

I have a service connected rating on my foot and ankle for injury I had in 1983. I have had pain & issues with these ever since. I was diagnosed with kidney disease a while back and now I'm in stage 4 kidney disease. In 2022 I was diagnosed with gout and on 12/12022 my records were updated from "right ankle sprain" to "right ankle sprain with gout". I feel with all the pain & discomfort I've experienced over the years with my ankle I have had gout for a while it just went un-diagnosed. From what I have read and conversations with my renal Dr. gout can effect/cause kidney disease and visa-versa. Would I stand a snowballs chance if I file a secondary claim on kidney disease saying it was caused or made worse from my gout since I was diagnosed with kidney disease first? Thanks
