Pasta Fagioli is one of the soups I have in my freezer all year round! I have; Pasta Fagioli, Mulligatawny, Chicken n'Dumpling soup, and Italian Wedding Soup! I take out a container to thaw in the refrigerator for the next day... almost every day!

All our local Italian restaurants are adding lots of chili pepper flakes to every dish. It is too much. Tell them not to put chili pepper in EVERYthing on the menu!!!
