Thanks for this. You’ve given me a lot to think about! I don’t have a laptop and use an iPad mini and iPad Pro, which I love. But I do notice things that make me want to ‘upgrade’ to a MacBook Pro. Like using After Effects or being able to edit directly from an external hd. I have to give huge props to LumaFusion because I don’t know how long I would be using my iPads without it. And I edit just about all video content on my iPad mini! I keep hearing how powerful the iPads are and seeing benchmarks to prove it. But sometimes it feels like moving in quicksand.
