Constantly citing scientific studies doesn’t always yield practical results...

I get so many comments with all the science facts and the things that should be true based on the studies... and you know how often the 'studies' translate to practical results? Rarely. Not never, but rarely. This paradigm of 'following the science' is a path right to oblivion. Start by getting in touch with your body. Listen to its cries for help. And then teach your kids what you learned - we will be the generation that reinstitute the links of generational wisdom.

You make a great point. If this info was part of the science classes beginning grade school future generations would be doing naturally. Not overwhemled.

I want to teach the kids!! It’s just so hard to know what’s actually true!! You make the curriculum and I’ll turn it into silly songs for kids 🤣💚🥰

I also think one of the most important things to teach kids in today is how to lead in ambiguity. The right and left are just different evolutionary responses to VUCA ENVIROMENTS, and it’s what’s needed to navigate the polycrisis and make the changes we need in the future

That's true...
Can anybody tell me if her glasses with red lenses have a special purpose? I've seen some people wearing glasses like that and I'm curious to know what they are for 😊

People cite and cite and cite, but did you read them??? do you KNOW how to read them??? If people knew that heart disease studies are conducted on smokers and carBivores, people would REVOLT. But everyone "trusts" the science like if it needed trust for it to be true. Ffs
