*“The Company’s performance in the first half of 2024 fell short of our expectations, reflecting both a challenging industry context as well as our own operational issues,” Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares said Thursday.

*Stellantis’ results come hot on the heels of second-quarter earnings from U.S. automakers General Motors and Ford Motor.

Well I know I’m shocked that there isn’t a long term, sustainable market for the $100k Jeep & $100k Ram.

Shocker that the $100K Jeeps didn't sell.

In 2010 I bought a 2 door Wrangler Rubicon for $29k. They now cost almost double. That’s why they are not selling.

With many Americans struggling to survive I don’t see selling cars and trucks that cost $60, 000 to $80, 000 helping their bottom line.

CEO is arrogant and overpaid, they've raised their prices too high and they've had a dearth of new products. This is all on the CEO. He should be fired.

My 2 Jeep/Ram dealers in my area act like there is no problem..their lots are full of 2024 Wranglers and will not budge much off the MSRP..$63, 000 Jeep and they will only come off that price $3000..I walked.

Their prices are ridiculous and, seriously…look at their brand line-up. It’s a list of some of the worst quality vehicles out there.

For the love of God I hope we don't bail out the auto industry again.

Overpriced! Getting tired of seeing the car companies produce vehicles that are too expensive for average people. And on top of that car dealerships are asking over MSRP. Sorry, I'm not buying it.

No bailouts for the auto industry. Tell the auto industry and their supporters in Congress to not even think of asking for a bailout. Not again. Never again.

I work at Jeep stellantis has come in chopped jobs doubled work loads and eliminated almost all of our quality control jobs then try’s to tell the workers we are to blame as they continue to cut corners

People buy $100k trucks by talking themselves into huge monthly payments. Those mistakes were made during the last few years when dealerships were gouging customers with inflated prices. It could not go on forever.

All of the Manufactors better wake up and realize what’s coming. The affordability crises is only getting worse. If the the commercial sales ever stop or slow down then they will go under. Lots of people are gonna end up losing jobs.

They'll NEVER go out of business regardless of the crap they build.

I lease a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 2 row, and currently, the Digital Display and Infotainment keep going dark every time I turn the car on, sometimes it comes back sometimes not. This is the 2nd time in 2.5 years that there has been a problem with the digital displays. Overall I love the size and ride of the vehicle and I was considering purchasing it at Lease end but now I am considering other options.

They bought Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram with the intention to destroy them.
