Bill, the veterans day show at the Walpole "Aggie" is on Saturday November 9, rain date Sunday, the tenth...they realized that the actual commemorative Eleventh has many seperate deserved events which command special observance

The lifter / cam issues seem to really tick around 100k-150k miles from most that I have heard of. This is on the 3.6l.

I've had a Gladiator Willys JT and 18' Wrangler Sport JL. The Gladiator needed a new axle seal. Jeep replaced the axle. My Wrangler Sport has numerous issues from major corrosion, manual trans recalls / issues, driveshaft clunk, leaking crank sensor, flaking paint, etc.

My current 22' Wrangler Willys Xtreme Recon has been much better. I got the 2.0l with this one and the hood hingees are getting some slight corrosion. But no other issues.

I really liked the Gladiator, but I would never go back to the V6. Now that I have owned the 4cyl, it seems so much better. More torque and effort to drive. I have 35s on it and it feels much better than the V6 on narrow 33s.

Don't get the Bronco Sport. It's basically a Ford Escape.

If your plan is to get rid of it for 38k, do it now. The value is plummeting. I'm surprised you can even get that much.

If you like your Jeep, keep it. Trade in will just cause more loss. I do not see Jeep going under. It's still the cash cow for Stelantis. Hopefully an American company will buy out the Chrysler brands and save them.

jeep definitely lost their way, we want a 30k windy windows, manual transmission, 4x4. Sure maybe keep some boujee trim for the soccer moms with money but they absolutely need to go back to their roots and offer an inexpensive entry level 4x4.

You're not going get anywhere near that price on a trade-in. They are probably going to offer you somewhere in the teens. Dealers are going under. They can't sell the vehicles they have now. The only way a dealer would buy it is if they basically steal it from you. I've already been through this with my truck. I'll drive my truck into the ground before I let them steal it from me. Its fine though, because there is no way I would pay today's prices.

Jeep won’t go under, the brand has been resold and resold so many times, it’s worth way too much for the brand to just die

WOW…. I recommend you watch the Dave Ramsey show. Stop being a slave to car payments. Keep the Jeep for at least another 10 years.

As a Ford man, I say go with the Bronco. 👎👎on the retro stripes @8:58. Your Jeep looks fun tho

That's tough when depreciation hits like that but the used car market is so wack. You could sell that and get a ridgeline

I think you should keep it because if jeep goes out of business you could wait for a auction and sell it for more
