This is GOING VERY WELL!!!

After over a month of active struggling, I can see, hear, smell, and FEEL the end in sight: complete adaptation to polyphasic sleep

Specifically, the überman sleep schedule, consisting of 4-6 naps of 20-30 minutes a day

IN ADDITION to my diet! I am ONLY eating meat, on a strict carnivore diet, and it... is... AWESOME!! I am literallg ONLY craving meat, no sugary stuff, and I have NEVER had more energy, positivity, and (tmi) libido too.

THERE HAS GOT TO BE MORE TO THIS THAN THE RESEARCH SUGGESTS

FOR THAT REASON... to any scientists out there, may you please reach out? 🥺

I have been tracking my sleep RELIGIOUSLY on a whoop band these past few weeks especially, and would have MORE than enough data to build a short-term case study.

Also, I'd clearly be happy to start any official case study or whatever else would advance the science.

But whatever, it's all a game anyway.

One that I'm winning, by a long shot... 🙃
