This was a great presentation on pain. I am looking for more pain education information specific to migraines. Dr. Schopmeyer mentioned changing the language we use - Japanese use words like bear stomp or crab walk, and we use ice pick, I feel like my head has been hit by a car crowbar and knocked off its skeleton. We use harsher words will that really make a difference to a migraine? I can see it making a difference to headache ...but I feel migraines are just in a league of their own.

Any suggestions? Should I watch part 2 and 3? Thanks for that, it was very interesting and informative.
