I saw a couple of video's claiming that it is possible to inflate a ball without a pump. One of those vids actually used a ball that was already inflated, how does that prove it's possible? I give it my best shot and almost burst a blood vessel in the process. If you think you can inflate a ball without a pump, send us the video showing how you did it but, start with a deflated ball.

I do this not to inflate the ball but to expand your chest and the lungs. The idea is to go slowly and not hurt a blood vessel etc. Try it, you feel better in your breathing if done regularly.

Works great for a chair substitute at my work desk. Now I can easily stretch and workout right at work. Only issue was the hand pump, half the time it wouldn't pump. I finally got it to inflate all the way, just took a little extra time.

Thanks for this method idk if I’m going do it tho my ball pump broke off in my ball and I had to deflate the whole thing it was hard I thought it was stuck in there forever but now I took it out all I need now is a new air pump

Omg I did the same thing but hooked up a air compressor nozzle up to it worked perfectly the ball looks like I used a regular pump to pump it up
