In this tutorial, I will be showing you two possible ways to fix the problem of missing media drivers during the Windows 10 installation.

1. Changing to another USB port. Preferably from a USB 3.0 port to a 2.0 port or vice versa.

6:19 If you don't know which driver to select, you can try selecting ALL of them (multiple-selection).

Hey guys, followed the steps and worked for me, and if your pc/laptop cannot access the hard drives to put the Intel rapid storage driver then put it on your pendrive and access it via pendrive, and select all the drivers to install, it worked for me quite well.

I have followed all the steps and have loaded the driver as you said. It all looked the same and it loaded correctly. But once it had finished loading it would still only the show the other drivers and not allow me to continue. If anyone can help that would be great.

Confirming it works guys, it was so frustating that nothing worked, made a bootable windows usb then copied the drives from intel into the same windows USB as well. Follow the steps on the videos and it should work. Thanksss mate. You the best!

When I clicked "Browse" I could NOT see the directory I made! So I was not able to load the driver. It did NOT work for me.
