I'm still a bit stumped because 13th gen supports both DDR4 & DDR5, whereas AMD typically has a longer life span.

I also think it’s interesting that for the first time they found a way to spam their CPUs with more cores, though even just More efficiency cores, and they now have reliably much greater multicore performance

I have one question, what is the difference between single core VS single thread?

I can't find the answer anywhere. M1 chip for example. Single core benchmark is 1700 and single thread 3700? whats the difference.

I get that single core VS multi core difference but thread not..
