Pumpkin cold brew smoothie (better than Starbucks frappe!)

Copycat Starbucks pumpkin 🎃 Frappuccino

Why spend 6 dollars when you can make a better version at home?! I like mine a bit creamier than Starbucks version— but if you want it icier just add more ice cubes before blending.

Ingredients
1/4C cold brew concentrate or shot of espresso
2 softened & pitted dates
Optional: 1 serving vanilla protein
2 C riced frozen cauliflower or butternut squash
3 tbsp pumpkin purée
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2C dairy free milk
Handful ice cubes

Directions
-Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend, until combined and smooth.
-Top with dairy free whip of choice
