Ohh that might make a fantastic Ninja Creami base. I find cold brew is often too strong for the ice cream so you mentioning the coffee flavor was there, but not really there, might actually make it a perfect pumpkin spice coffee ice cream. Yes, for me it would definitely be a dump in the Ninja Creami with some sugar and some milk, freeze, spin, perfect ice cream!

That’s disappointing, but glad you mentioned that Stok makes their version. I’ll look for that one because I buy their cold brew.

Purchased Stok’s version and didn’t see the calorie count until I opened it. Yikes! HOWEVER - I put a small amount into my black, unsweetened Stok and the pumpkin spice flavors come through just fine. Something for the “go figure” category : I passed through Walmart briefly yesterday to pick up something Aldi doesn’t carry, and to my surprise they had a much better assortment of Stok than Publix. Btw, Aldi carries Stok.
