This car is on summer tires. My xDrive 3 Series on new winter tires would have driven here with losing any traction

Plenty of weight with that battery all wheel drive should have plenty traction but can only go about 5 miles in cold weather before charging😂

Nothing to do with the car and everything to do with tires. This looks like it's rear wheel drive aswell. Tires are more important than AWD or whatever car.
