I am a muslim revert of 3 years.
From christianity to islam as a born australian. alhamdullilah.
I can honestly say i have never felt more whole and respected as a woman thank you to god and islam.
Islamic dress for women is implied to be loose so as not to show ones shape as a womans appearence and figure is solely for the viewing of only other women, her immediate family and husband...
This is a commandment from God Almighty and what a beautiful thing.

Prior to islam i was always objectified by men and spoken to purely based on my appearence and them trying to get something out of me.. when you remove this from the equation, the peace and safety you feel is immense.
You remove yourself from consumerism, objectification from all and any males, and from the tensions of comparison and vanity that mostly all western women suffer from today.
My life has become centered around god and i have never felt more beautiful and at ease.

I am also now newly married to a muslim man and i have never been treated more like a queen in my life.
He always practises his hijab by lowering his gaze to other females out of respect for god & myself as his wife and this honestly makes me feel so valued.
He truely only has eyes for me.
Inshaallah our future children will be of practising muslim faith also.
It definately would make the world a better place if everybody were to become practising muslims. Inshaallah (god willing.)

After watching the entire podcast I can honestly say, Sabeel you did an absolutely remarkable talk and explanation.
If time permitted I know you can talk for so much longer as islam is absolutely perfect and volumes can be written about every subject, but Alhumdulilah very well done and I hope and pray that Paul finds a way to see the truth once and for all, not many people have such a vast amount of knowledge given to them like that.

Subhan’Allah, the beauty of Islam is clear and easy to understand which proves the truth, God sends messages that should be understood not to confuse or leave it as a mystery so simple pure monotheism exactly what Jesus peace be upon him taught.

A Respectful conversation and grateful for Paul to have Dr Sabeel Ahmed on his show. If you detach emotion from your thoughts and listen to this conversation with an open mind there is only one truth here which makes simple, logical sense. Some of the answers Paul was giving made no sense at all, i dont think he is well versed on his on scriptures, i guess you can call some of those answers he gave a mystery too because they left me confused, in comparison to Brother Sabeel whos answers are always clear, consice, simple and came with evidence to back them up. Alhamdulillah. When you are well versed on a topic like Brother Sabeel, who knows the Bible better than majority of Christians, it is a shock to the Christian who is engaging in the conversation as they come to know things within their scripture that they never knew before. This just shows to some degree alot of people blind follow, not just in the subject of religion but many other things in life. It is our responsibility to seek and find truth and do our due diligence, for that will be the way to the true path. May Allah subhanahu wa ta-ala protect Brother Sabeel and continue him to do dawah Inshallah.

Masha’Allah, Dr.Sabeel is breath of fresh air! His knowledge, ability to relay, explain Islam is purely impressive! May Allah reward him! Also, Paul, a well mannered, respectful young man! He asked the tough questions that many are not willing to ask, and in turn not wanting to learn, rather continue living with the biggest miss-conceptions about Islam!
