Back around 2005-06 a truck driver told me that he had a Honda Accord with 189000 miles on it and no problems. A mechanic talked him into trying a high mileage oil. One day he went to go to work and noticed that the car was leaking oil. That high mileage oil had eaten the bottom seal. He didn't have any problems until then. So stick with the oil you've been using. 4-28-2024
