Former Republican congressman Zach Wamp says the Democratic Party “got stuck” with Kamala Harris as their nominee.

Former US president Barack Obama and the former first lady Michelle Obama have endorsed Kamala Harris for the White House.

“They really couldn’t throw her overboard and there was no enthusiasm for president Biden any longer so he had no choice but to step away,” Mr Wamp told Sky News Australia.

“Then the question is: can she create enough enthusiasm to make this a close race?”

An embarrassment to any woman who worked diligently to move up in a work situation. Willy Brown placed her on boards which paid her hundreds of thousands. He was the person who pushed her into being the AG in California. She was with him while he was married. If anyone feels maybe she's so bright - she naturally would have succeeded - listen to her.
