Trump's biggest nightmare: Switch to Kamala Harris leaves Team Trump with regrets about Vance

Donald Trump built his campaign on the idea of running against Joe Biden, including choosing a running mate more intended to stoke the base than broaden Trump's appeal. Now that Biden has deferred to Kamala Harris, Trump is having to retool with his disadvantageous running mate already locked in. Tim Alberta, staff writer for the Atlantic, talks with Alex Wagner.

You can tell a lot just by listening to Trump speak.. when asked, "Why Vance?" His answer basically boils down to "we have chemistry, and he respects me." He says nothing about policy. Which is per usual, isn't it? He never speaks about policy. This is why Kamala is going to win. She's running on substance.
