Yes! I journal and write about what went well in my day, what I want and what I’m grateful for and it lifts my mood so much.
Maybe I should start a second journal for “venting”.

How about i cant move cuz my parents dont allow me out and i dont have any space to be active inside, i cant eat more healthy food cuz i cant afford, i have accept and i cant do anything about itcuz it keeps repeating everyday n not just today or tomorrow, journaling...i can sell a book already, the only thing im gratefull for is my friend who i cant meet cuz the corona

Do you realize that what you said has nothing to do with psychological tricks if you’re gonna go and try to find some sort of nutrition to live at your mood this is not like a psychological track. Anybody can do it in search of them selves or are you still watching this video with such an is it that I’m gonna find a solution for my problem but no oh so why don’t you sing the title again

I am looking for something practical not gooey. Every tip is the same schmaltzy junk. I am looking for something practical not sentimental. Something that doesn't make me gag. I can't find it. If one more person tell me to move, or breath or write...I will puke. It's the same old gooey nonsense over & over. I am not practicing gratitude, or breathing or meditating or writing in a journal. It;s NOT CALLED "JOURNALLING" ...journal is noun not a verb!
