I love the last clip. It's actually believable as this ghostly figure slowly seems to materialize out of the darkness. It's security camera footage which I always like best since they usually capture unscripted-looking candid moments.

15:32 I've seen this video elsewhere. The woman was aware a man was following her as she walked home after dark. The reason he appears ghostly and suddenly is due to the nature of the security camera. These things are prone to showing people pop out of nowhere at night because they have IR lights with limited range. You can see the guy slowly becomes more solid as he steps out of the shadows and into the street light as well as into the range of the IR camera. This is spooky but it's not paranormal.
